FMWF Chamber hosts candidate meet-and-greet

FARGO — Nearly three dozen candidates for public office connected with voters face-to-face on Wednesday, Oct. 21, on the issues that mean most to them. The Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo Chamber of Commerce hosted the "Beyond the Ballot" event at the Armory Events Center. Candidates for state representatives, school board and city positions were invited, with nearly three at each table, mixed with voters. Chamber officials said the setting allows for more candid responses than a typical debate format, while still educating voters. The Chamber has a website with information on each candidate on the ballot in the F-M area, at votefmwf.org. ]]>
